Why to Kick Your Smoking Habits

As a friend from the Cancer Foundation once told me, smoking would perhaps let you live, but it won’t let you go. Any smoker would love to let you know their adoration for the little white tubes of tobacco, which never eludes their mind completely.

Even if they are not smoking, their mind moves often to that particular matter, remembering the last pull, the one drag which was oh-so-smooth.

So why stop smoking? Why let go of a habit which threatens to extend to a lifetime?
If you are a smoker, then know that nicotine is perhaps bad for your lungs, but even worse are the things that go in a cigarette apart from that. Tar, benzene, carbon monoxide are a few ingredients of cigarette-making, and they are all harmful, not just for the smoker, but those around them. Passive smoking is even more dangerous, because the lungs which are primordially not susceptible to smoke are easier to destroy.

So just end the trauma and come clean. Apart from destroying lungs and health, smoking also destroys your taste buds and induces muscle fatigue greatly, so break the habit and you will see instant changes in your entire attitude to life.
